    微波消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中锡含量

    HG-AFS Determination of Tin in Canned Food with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 采用微波消解法用硝酸和过氧化氢对样品进行消解,以溶于5 g·L-1氢氧化钾溶液中的20 g·L-1硼氢化钾溶液作为还原剂,利用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定罐头食品中锡的含量。分析中采用载气及屏蔽气的流量依次为400 mL·min-1及900 mL·min-1。锡的质量浓度在200 mg·L-1以内与其荧光强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)为0.005 mg·kg-1。应用此法对罐头食品进行分析,加标回收率在102%~108%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在1.4%~2.0%之间。

       

      Abstract: AFS was applied to the determination of Sn in canned food. The sample was digested with HNO3 and H2O2, and 20 g·L-1 KBH4 solution (dissolved in 5 g·L-1 KOH solution) was added to the sample solution as reductant. Flow-rates of 400 mL·min-1 for carrier gas and 900 mL·min-1 for shielding gas were taken in the analysis. Linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mass concentration of Sn found was in the range within 200 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0.005 mg·kg-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of canned food, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 102%-108% and RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 1.4%-2.0%.
