    非水滴定法测定二甲基烯丙基胺

    NON-AQUEOUS TITRATION OF DIMETHYLALLYLAMINE (DMAA)

    • 摘要: 研究了在甲胺和二甲胺存在下,以冰乙酸为溶剂,甲酸-乙酸酐为酰化剂,0.1 mol·L-1高氯酸-冰乙酸标准溶液为滴定剂,10 g·L-1结晶紫为指示剂的非水滴定法测定二甲基烯丙基胺(DMAA).考察了惰性组分和水分对滴定的影响.结果表明,总胺的测定偏差随着水分的增加而增大;当含水量在5%以内,对二甲基烯丙基胺的测定影响较小,相对误差一般在1%以内,加入约10%的氯仿可使终点敏锐.与气相色谱法测定结果比较,该法简便,结果准确.

       

      Abstract: Non-aqueous titrimetric determination of DMAA,in the presence of methylamine and dimethylamine,was carried out by using glacial acetic acid as solvent,a mixture of formic acid and acetic anhydride as acylating agent,a 0.1 mol·L-1 glacial acetic acid solution of HClO4 as titrant,and 10 g·L-1 glacial acetic acid solution of crystal violet as indicator.Water contents below 5% in the titration solution cause relative deviations less than 1% but the error increases with the increase of water content.The addition of 10% by volume of chloroform improves the sharpness of color-change of the end-point.The proposed method is comparable to the GC method by the simplicity of operation and accuracy of results.
