    微波样品消解-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中镉

    HG-AFS Determination of Cadmium in Soil with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 应用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定了土壤中镉量.样品用王水于微波炉中按所选定的工作条件进行了消化.试验结果表明:镉(Ⅱ)的氢化物发生效率因同时加入8-羟基喹啉及钴(Ⅱ)溶液而明显提高.据此,提出了同时加入以上两种溶液作镉(Ⅱ)氢化反应的增效试剂.该方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.03 μg·L-1.应用此方法分析了土壤样品,所得镉的测定值与已知值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3%.用标准加入法测得方法的回收率在89%~111%之间.

       

      Abstract: The method of HG-AFS was applied to the determination of cadmium in soil.Sample of soil was digested with aqua regia in a microwave oven under optimized working condition.It was found that the efficiency of hydride generation of cadmium was remarkably raised by addition of an appropriate amount of 8-oxine and Co(Ⅱ) ion;hence solutions of 8-oxine and Co(Ⅱ) ion were added as synergistic reagent for hydride generation.Detection limit (3s/k) of the proposed method was found to be 0.03 μg·L-1.In application of the method to analysis of soil samples,the results obtained were in conformity with the known values,and values of RSD′s (n=6) found were less than 3%.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were ranged from 89% to 111%.
