Abstract: A review on the progress of application of FT-IRS to the analysis of B-C-N metastable materials,relating especially to the principle of FT-IRS,the common characteristic peaks,analytical methods and problems commonly encountered in the analysis. Some conventional measures feasible to be used in the IRS analysis of the B-C-N metastable materials were also given (24 ref. cited).
