    分光光度法测定高硫温泉水中偏硅酸

    Photometric Determination of meta-Silicic Acid in High Sulfur Hot Spring Water

    • 摘要: 应用硅钼蓝光度法测定了高硫温泉水中偏硅酸含量。泉水中共存的硫离子(S2-)对硅的测定严重干扰,加入Fe2+离子共沉淀并经陈化1 h可消除其干扰。在滤液中加入一定量的盐酸和钼酸铵溶液使生成钼硅杂多酸,经抗坏血酸还原为钼蓝,在波长680 nm处测量其吸光度。

       

      Abstract: The molybdenum blue photometric method was applied to the determination of meta-silicic acid in high sulfur hot spring water. Sulfide (S2-) ion present in the spring water interferred seriouly with the determination of silicic acid and was removed by precipitation with Fe2+ and aging for 1 h. In the filtrate, silicic acid was determined by reaction with ammonium molybdate solution and reduction to molybdenum blue with ascorbic acid. Absorbance of the blue colored solution was measured at the wavelength of 680 nm.
