Abstract: A summary of structural characteristic and specific electrochemical property of prussian blue (PB),as well as its application as modifier to the H2O2-sensor was assessed,and a review of PB modified glucose biosensors as well as the recent progress of researches on oxidase biosensors based on prussian blue was given,with 52 ref,cited.
