    气相色谱-质谱法测定烟叶中5种致香成分

    GC-MS Determination of 5 Aromatic Components in Tobacco

    • 摘要: 用气相色谱-质谱法测定了烟叶中2-甲基四氢呋喃-3-酮(面包酮)、β-二氢大马酮、橙花基丙酮、β-紫罗兰酮和β-芳樟醇等5种致香成分的含量,以萘为内标物,采用内标校正曲线法进行分析。用DB-5MS石英毛细管柱、流量为1 mL·min-1、程序升温(50 ℃~250 ℃)进行分析。采用电子轰击电离源(180 ℃,70 eV)和选择离子监测,5种致香成分及内标的选择离子(m/z)为43,177,43,177,128和71。上述致香成分的线性范围分别为0.15~50,1.2~55,1.8~75,0.8~60,0.8~60 mg·L-1,回收率为95.3%~106.6%。

       

      Abstract: Contents of 5 aromatic components, i.e., 2-methyl-tetrahydrofuran-3-one, β-damascone, nerylacetone, β-ionone and β-linalool, in tobacco were determined by GC-MS. Naphthalene was used as internal standard and the internal standard calibration curve was used in the determination. Quartz capillary chromatographic column DB-5MS was used for separation of the analytes with programmed temperature elevation from 50 ℃ to 250 ℃, with flow-rate of 1 mL·min-1. Electron bombardment ionization (180 ℃, 70 eV) and SIM mode were adopted in MS, with the selected ions for the 5 components of (m/z) 43, 177, 43, 177, 128, 71. Ranges of linearity of the 5 components were found between 0.15-50, 1.2-55, 1.8-75, 0.8-60, 0.8-60 mg·L-1 respectively. Tests for recovery were made by addition of standard solutions of the 5 components to a tobacco sample, values of recovery found were in the range of 95.3%-106.6%.
