    气相色谱法测定染发剂中13种染料及杂质

    GC Determination of 13 Dyes and Impurities in Hair Colorants

    • 摘要: 提出了应用气相色谱法同时测定染发剂中苯酚、邻苯二胺、间苯二胺、对苯二胺、邻苯二酚、间苯二酚、对苯二酚、间氨基苯酚、对氨基苯酚、2,6-二氨基吡啶、2-甲基雷琐辛、5-氨基-2-甲基苯酚、3,4-二氨基甲苯等13染料含量的方法。染发剂样品经乙酸乙酯超声萃取15 min,经Agilent HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)毛细管柱分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。13种染料的质量浓度均在10~500 mg·L-1范围内呈线性,方法的检出限(3S/N)均小于1 mg·L-1。在50,100,200 mg·L-1等3个添加水平下,13种染料的回收率在85.4%~103.5%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~5.2%之间。

       

      Abstract: A method of GC for simultaneous determination of 13 dyes, including phenol, o-phenylenediamine, m-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine, o-dihydroxybenzene, m-dihydroxybenzene, p-dihydroxybenzene, m-aminophenol, p-aminophenol, 2,6-diamino-pyridine, 2-methylresorcinol, 5-amino-2-methylphenol and 3,4-diamino-methylbenzene in hair colorants was proposed. The 13 dyes in sample were ultrasonically extracted with ethyl acetate, separated on HP-5 capillary chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by flame ionization detector (FID). Linearity ranges for the 13 dyes were found in the same range of 10-500 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) less than 1 mg·L-1. Tests for recovery were carried out at three concentration levels of 50, 100 and 200 mg·L-1, giving values of recovery in the range from 85.4% to 103.5% and RSD′s (n=6) in the range from 1.2% to 5.2%.
