傅立叶红外光谱法测定丙烯-乙烯共聚物中丙烯单元含量
Determination of Propylene Monomer in Copolymer of Propylene-Ethylene by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry

摘要: 应用傅立叶红外光谱法,根据丙烯-乙烯共聚物的红外特征性,寻找较好的峰位,使用通用型制膜机制得厚度均匀一致的膜片,制作标准曲线,建立了快速检测丙烯-乙烯共聚物中丙烯单元含量的方法.将红外光谱法分析结果与核磁共振法分析结果进行比较,相对误差在2%以内,测得不同丙烯单元含量的样品的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.47%~1.1%.Abstract: According to the characteristics of infrared absorption of the copolymer of propylene-ethylene,proper wavelengths of infrared absorption band of propylene and ethylene were chosen and propylene monomer was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR).Samples of same and homogenuous thickness were propared by an universal press.Standard curve was prepared by taking the mass percentage of propylene monomer as the ordinate and the peak area ratio of A1 165/A720+730 as the abscissa.Values of absorbance were measured with FTIR spectrograph.The results obtained were checked with the results found by 13CNMR,giving values of relative errors less than 2%.In analyzing 5 samples by the proposed method.RSD′s (n=6) calculated were in the range of 0.47%-1.1%.
