    原子吸收光谱法测定废弃印刷线路板中金属元素的含量

    FAAS Determination of Metal Elements in Printed Circuit Board Scraps

    • 摘要: 采用盐酸-硝酸-水(3+1+4)混合酸加热溶解废弃印刷线路板样品,以盐酸(5+95)溶液定容.用原子吸收光谱法测定金、银、铜、铅、锌、镍、锡等元素的含量.样品无需灼烧,可直接溶解,应用此方法测定4个废弃印刷线路板中铜的含量,相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.79%~1.03%,测定结果与碘量法相一致.

       

      Abstract: Seven metal elements,i.e.,Cu,Pb,Zn,Ni,Sn,Au and Ag,in printed circuit board (PCB) scraps were determined by FAAS. The sample was dissolved in HCl-HNO3-H2O(3+1+4) mixed acid and diluted to a definite volume with HCl(5+95) in a volumetric flask. The 7 elements mentioned above were determined under the working conditions of the instrument as described. Values of RSD (n=6) for the element Cu determined in 4 samples of the PCB scraps,were found in the range of 0.79%-1.03%,and the contents of Cu in these 4 samples found by the proposed method were checked with the iodometric titration method.
