    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定石油焦中钙、铁、镍和钒

    ICP-AES Determination of Calcium Iron Nickel Vanadium in Petrol Coke

    • 摘要: 石油焦样品经硝酸-高氯酸混合溶液湿法消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定其中的钙、铁、镍和钒的含量.选择波长为396.847,238.204,231.604,309.310 nm的4条谱线依次作为测定钙、铁、镍和钒测定结果的分析线.钙、铁、镍和钒的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.4%~3.0%之间,检出限(3δ)均小于0.040 mg·L-1.应用此法测定石油焦样品中4种元素的含量,加标回收率在96.2%~102.4%之间,与原子吸收光谱法相比,两种方法所得结果相一致.

       

      Abstract: The petrol coke sample was digested with mixed solution of HNO3-HClO4,and the amounts of Ca,Fe,Ni,V in sample solution were determined by ICP-AES.Wavelengths of 396.847,238.204,231.604 and 309.310 nm were selected as analytical lines for the determination of Ca,Fe,Ni and V,respectively.Values of RSD′s (n=6) for Ca,Fe,Ni and V were in the range of 1.4%-3.0%,and detection limits (3δ) found were less than 0.040 mg·L-1.The proposed method was used in the determination of the 4 elements in petrol coke,giving values of recovery in the range 96.2%-102.4%.The results obtained was in conformity with those obtained by AAS.
