镉-碘化钾-罗丹明B-三元络合物光度法测定镉
PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF CADMIUM(Ⅱ) BY THE FORMATION OF TERNARY COMPLEX WITH POTASSIUM IODIDE AND RHODAMINE B

摘要: 建立了镉-碘化钾-罗丹明B高灵敏显色体系,在聚乙烯醇存在下,0.12 mol·L-1硫酸时,Cd2+和I-及罗丹明B形成三元显色络合物,稳定时间可达1 h.镉离子的质量浓度在0~3 μg/25 mL时服从比耳定律,ε605=6.84×105L·mol-1·cm-1.用于测定湖水中镉的含量,测量结果的相对标准偏差值均小于0.6%,加标回收率在98.2%~100.1%之间.Abstract: In a sulfuric acid solution of 0.12 mol·L-1 and in the presence of PVA,a ternary complex was formed among Cd(Ⅱ),KI and rhodamine B,which was stable for at least 1 h.Beer′s law was held in the range of 0-3 μg/25 mL of Cd(Ⅱ),giving the molar absorptivity (ε) 6.84×105L·mol-1·cm-1 at its absorption maxima of 605 nm.It its application to the determination of cadmium in lake water.RSD′s of the analytical results were less than 0.6%,and recoveries found were in the range of 98.2%-100.1%.
