GC Determination of Residual Amount of Carbon Tetrachloride in Drinking Water with Hollow Fibrous Membrane-Liquid Phase Micro-extraction

摘要: 提出了气相色谱法测定饮用水中四氯化碳残留量的方法。样品采用中空纤维膜液相微萃取法萃取,以甲苯作为萃取溶剂,于20 ℃在600 r·min-1转速下萃取20 min。在优化的试验条件下,四氯化碳的质量浓度在12.5~150 μg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.2 μg·L-1。方法用于分析饮用水,并用标准加入法做回收试验,回收率在97.5%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.8%~3.3%之间。Abstract: GC was used in the determination of residual amount of carbon tetrachloride in drinking water. The sample was extracted by hollow fibrous membranes-liquid phase micro-extraction (HFM-LPME) with toluene as extraction solvent. The extraction was carried out under magnetic stirring for 20 min, at the rate of 600 r·min-1 and at the temperature of 20 ℃. Under the optimal conditions, linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of CCl4 was kept in the range of 12.5-150 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.2 μg·L-1. Tests for recovery and precision were made by standard addition method and values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) found were in the ranges of 97.5%-102.0% and 2.8%-3.3% respectively.
