    盐酸浸提-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中成药中痕量无机砷

    HG-AFS Determination of Inorganic Arsenic in Readymade Chinese Traditional Medicines by Extraction with Hydrochloric Acid

    • 摘要: 中成药在6 moL·L-1的盐酸溶液中,经加热后,无机砷以氯化物的形式被提取,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定痕量无机砷.砷浓度在50 μg·L-1以内与其峰面积之间保持线性关系(r=0.999 6),方法的检出限为0.34 μg·L-1,分析了中成药样品,结果的RSD值小于4%,回收率试验结果在92.6%~104.0%之间.

       

      Abstract: Trace amounts of inorganic arsenic in the medicine sample was extracted with 6 moL·L-1 HCl by heating at 60 ℃ in a water bath,and transferred into solution in the form of chloride. The sample solution was used for hydride generation and AFS determination. Linearity was held within arsenic concentrations of 50 μg·L-1 with its peak area (r=0.999 6). Detection limit (n=11) was found to be 0.34 μg·L-1. Values of RSD′s (n=7) and recoveries obtained,in the analysis of 2 medicine samples,were less than 4.0% and in the range of 92.6%-104.0% respectively.
