Abstract: A review on recent advances of researches on methods of extraction and purification (including solid phase extraction, gel-permeation chromatograph and matrix solid phase dispersion) of animal origin-food samples, and HPLC-MS/MS determination of anabolic hormones in these samples was presented (39 ref. cited).
