Abstract: A review on the recent progress of research and application of the suspension-nebulization sample introduction techniques in ICP-AES,covering mainly the years 1988~2005,was presented pertaining especially to the methods of sample preparation,instrumentation,methods of calibration,major factors affecting the efficiency of delivery in suspension sumple-introduction,the efficiency of nebulization,and the reliability of analytical results,and to its analytical applications (47 ref.cited).
