Abstract: The values of blood glucose of 6 mice on empty stomach and 2 h after feeding were determined by 3 different methods,including the method of horseradish peroxidase,soybean hull peroxidase and blood glucose meter.According to the statistical analysis,there were no significant differences among the results obtained by the 3 methods Therefore,use of soybean hull peroxidase instead of horseradish peroxidase in the determination of blood glucose of mice is feasible.
