催化分光光度法测定芦丁
Catalytic Spectrophotometric Determination of Rutin

摘要: 在5.5×10-3mol·L-1氢氧化钠介质中,70 ℃水浴加热10 min的条件下,芦丁对高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色反应有明显的催化作用,据此提出了催化分光光度法测定芦丁的方法。非催化和催化体系的最大吸收波长均为590 nm,芦丁的质量浓度在0.03~2.0 mg·L-1范围内与ΔA呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.017 mg·L-1。方法在用于芦丁片中芦丁含量的测定,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.2%。加标回收率平均值为99.3%。Abstract: In5.5×10-3mol·L-1 NaOH medium and heated in a water bath at 70 ℃ for 10 min, the oxidative color-fading of arsenazo(Ⅲ) by potassium periodate was remarkably catalyzed by the presence of rutin. Based on these facts, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for determination of rutin was proposed. The absorption maxima of the catalytic reaction and non-catalytic reaction were found same at the wavelength of 590 nm. Linear relationship between the values of decrease in absorbance (ΔA) and mass concentration of rutin was obtained in the range of 0.03-2.0 mg·L-1. Detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.017 mg·L-1.The present method was used in the analysis of sample of rutin tablets, rutin tablets, giving value of RSD (n=6) of 2.2%. Test for recovery was performed by standard addition method, results of average recovery obtained was 99.3%.
