    石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定湖光岩地区岩石中镉

    GFAAS Determination of Cadmium in Rocks from Huguangyan District

    • 摘要: 岩石样品经氢氟酸、硝酸和过氧化氢加热消解,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定其中镉的含量。应用塞曼效应消除背景干扰,以磷酸二氢铵作为基体改进剂,灰化温度为500 ℃、原子化温度为1 500 ℃。镉的质量浓度在1~20 μg·L-1范围内与其吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s)为0.816 3 μg·kg-1。应用此法分析了湖光岩地区的岩石,加标回收率在93.4%~107.2%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.9%~7.2%之间。

       

      Abstract: The rock sample was digested and heated with a mixture of HF, HNO3 and H2O2, and the content of cadmium in sample solution was determined by GFAAS. The Zeeman correction was used to eliminate the interference of background, NH4H2PO4 was used as matrix modifier, and temperatures selected for ashing and atomization were 500 ℃ and 1 500 ℃ respectively. Linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of Cd was obtained in the range of 1-20 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3s) of 0.816 3 μg·kg-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of rocks from Huguangyan district, values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 93.4%-107.2%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) found were in the range of 3.9%-7.2%.
