分子印迹技术改性壳聚糖吸附废水中钴(Ⅱ)
Adsorption of Cobalt(Ⅱ) in Waste Water with Chitosan Modified by Molecular Imprinting Technique

摘要: 采用分子印迹技术对壳聚糖进行化学处理,制备出钴(Ⅱ)模板壳聚糖吸附剂.吸附试验结果表明:对于钴(Ⅱ)质量浓度≤350 mg·L-1的废水,当钴(Ⅱ)模板壳聚糖用量为8 g·L-1,吸附温度70 ℃,吸附时间25 min,pH为6.0~6.5时,吸附容量最佳.在该条件下钴(Ⅱ)模板壳聚糖对含钴(Ⅱ)废水中钴(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附容量33.27 mg·g-1,比壳聚糖对钴(Ⅱ)的饱和吸附容量提高了17.92%.采用原子吸收光谱法测定钴.方法用于2件工业废水样品的分析,钴(Ⅱ)的加标回收率为99.0%和100.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.1%~1.4%.Abstract: Cobalt(Ⅱ)-template chitosan adsorbant was prepared by modifying chitosan with molecular imprinting technique.The modified chitosan obtained was tested for its capacity for adsorption of Co(Ⅱ) ion from waste water.It was shown that when 8 g·L-1 of the modified chitosan were used for adsorption of Co(Ⅱ) ion in amounts ≤350 mg·L-1 from a medium containing waste water at the pH values from 6.0 to 6.5 under the temperature of 70 ℃ for 25 min,the saturated adsorption capacity attained to a value of 33.27 mg·g-1,which is 17.92% higher than that of the un-modified chitosan.The determination of cobalt(Ⅱ) was performed by atomic absorption spectrometry.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of industrial waste water,values of recovery found were 99.0% and 100.0%,and values of RSD′s (n=6) were in the range of 1.1%-1.4%.
