    水中微量银的测定方法比对

    Contrast of Measured method of Trace Silver in Water

    • 摘要: 水样经硝酸消解,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法与火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水样中银的含量.两种方法检出限(3s/k)分别为0.002,0.004 mg·L-1;回收率分别为101%~104%和102%~108%;相对标准偏差分别为0.7%~2.7%和2.6%~4.9%.经过比较,其中电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法比火焰原子吸收光谱法更为理想,因其灵敏度及准确度均较高.

       

      Abstract: The water sample was digested with HNO3,and Ag+ ion in the sample solution was determined both by ICP-AES and by FAAS.The values of detection limit (3s/k) found were 0.002 mg·L-1 for ICP-AES and 0.004 mg·L-1 for FAAS.The values of recovery and RSD′s (n=6) for the two methods were in the ranges of 101%-104%,102%-108% and 0.7%-2.7%,2.6%-4.9% respectively.As a conclusion of the comparative study,the ICP-AES method was preferred in the determination of silver in water for its higher sensitivity and accuracy.
