    顶空-气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中25种挥发性卤代烃

    Head-Space GC Determination of 25 Volatile Halogenated Hydrocarbons in Drinking Water

    • 摘要: 应用顶空-气相色谱法测定了生活饮用水中25种挥发性卤代烃。取水样10.0 mL,加入氯化钠3 g,密封混匀,按规定程序操作,选择顶空平衡温度、平衡时间、进样时间分别为75 ℃、35 min及0.06 min,氯化钠质量浓度为300 g·L-1,用DB-1701毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)分离,电子捕获检测器检测。25种挥发性卤代烃在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性,检出限(3S/N)在0.002~1.3 μg·L-1之间,测定下限(10S/N)在0.01~4.4 μg·L-1之间。在3个浓度水平上做回收试验,测得回收率在92.0%~106%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.0%~6.3%之间。

       

      Abstract: Head-space GC was applied to the determination of 25 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water. 10.0 mL of water sample were mixed with 3 g of NaCl in a tightly capped head-space bottle and manipulated as described in the procedure. The equilibrium temperature, equilibrium time and injection time for the head space sampler were set at 75 ℃ , 35 min and 0.06 min respectively. DB-1701 capillary chromatographic column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) was used for separation and ECD was used in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 25 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) and lower limits of determination (10S/N) found were ranged from 0.002 to 1.3 μg·L-1 and from 0.01 to 4.4 μg·L-1, respectively. Tests for recovery were performed at 3 concentration levels with addition of the mixed standard solution, results of recovery found were in the range of 92.0%-106% with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 3.0%-6.3%.
