Abstract: A review of the recent progress of photometry of bismuth in China, covering mainly the years from 2000 to 2010 was presented, pertaining especially to the use of various kinds of chromogenic reagents, and the application of inhibition-kinetic reactions, catalytic-kinetic reactions as well as fluorophotometry and atomic fluorospectrometry to the determination of bismuth (40 ref. cited).
