    氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定中药大花红景天中痕量铅

    HG-ICP-AES Determination of Trace Amount of Lead in Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine Rhodiola Crenulata with Microwave Assisted Sample Digestion

    • 摘要: 提出了氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定中药大花红景天中痕量铅的方法.使用微波消解的方法处理样品,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为增敏剂,研究并优化了微波消解条件、硼氢化钾的用量、共存离子的干扰和消除等影响试验因素.在优化的试验条件下,铅的线性范围为0.27~700.0 μg·L-1,检出限(3σ)为0.27 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=12)为1.01%.方法用于不同产地的大花红景天样品分析,回收率为98.8%~100.2%.

       

      Abstract: HG-ICP-AES was applied to the determination of content of lead in rhodiola crenulata.The sample was treated by microwave assisted digestion and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) was used as sensitizing agent.Influential factors,including the conditions of microwave digestion,working parameter of the instrument,amount of potassium borohydride reguired for the hydride generation,and interferences of coexisting ions were studied.Under the optimized conditions,linearity range was kept from 0.27 to 700.0 μg·L-1,with value of detection limit (3σ) of 0.27 μg·L-1 and RSD (n=12) of 1.01%.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the sample of rhodiola crenulata,giving values of recovery in the range of 98.8%-100.2%.
