微乳液-二溴对甲偶氮羧分光光度法测定微量锑
Spectrophotometric Determination of Microamounts of Antimony with Dibromo-p-methyl Carboxyazo in Microemulsoid

摘要: 试验发现在pH 10.4的氨性缓冲溶液中,锑(Ⅲ)与二溴对甲偶氮羧(DBpMCA)及乳化剂CTMAB形成稳定的红色三元络合物,其吸收峰位于550 nm波长处,其摩尔吸光率为1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1.其质量浓度在8.0 μg/10 mL以内符合比耳定律.测得此络合物的组成摩尔比为锑(Ⅲ)∶DBpMCA∶CTMAB=1∶3∶2.Abstract: It was found that in an ammoniacal buffer medium of pH 10.4,a stable reddish colored ternary complex was formed among Sb(Ⅲ),dibromo-p-methyl carboxyazo (DBpMCA) and emulsifier CTMAB,with its absorption maximum at 550 nm and its molar absorptivity of 1.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1.Beer′s law was obeyed in the range within 8.0 μg per 10 mL of solution.The mole ratio of the complex was found to be: Sb(Ⅲ)∶DBpMCA∶CTMAB=1∶3∶2.
