    氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定水系沉积物中铋和汞

    HG-AFS Determination of Bismuth and Mercury in Aquo-system Sediments

    • 摘要: 水系沉积物试样用盐酸-硝酸-水(3+1+4)混合溶液溶解,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定铋和汞的含量。对介质酸度、硼氢化钾浓度、负高压和灯电流等影响铋和汞测定因素进行了试验并予以优化。铋和汞的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.02,0.01 μg·L-1,相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于0.5%。应用此法分析了水系沉积物标准样品,测定值与推荐值相符。

       

      Abstract: The sample of aquo-system sediment was dissolved with mixed solution of HCl-HNO3-H2O(3+1+4), and the contents of bismuth and mercury were determined by HG-AFS. Influential factors, including pH of medium, concentration of KBH4, negative high-voltage and lamp current were studied and optimized. The detection limits (3S/N) of bismuth and mercury found were 0.02 and 0.01 μg·L-1 respectively, and values of RSD′s (n=11) were less than 0.5%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard samples of aquo-system sediment, and the results obtained were in conformity with their certified values.
