    固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定中药制剂及保健食品中芍药苷

    HPLC Determination of Peoniflorin in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Food with Solid Phase Extraction

    • 摘要: 应用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定中药制剂及保健食品中芍药苷的含量.样品经30%(体积分数)乙醇溶液提取,酸性氧化铝固相萃取柱净化.以C18色谱柱为分离柱,用乙腈和0.1%(体积分数)磷酸溶液以不同比例混合的溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,在检测波长230 nm处进行测定.芍药苷的质量浓度在2.00~200 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.5 mg·L-1.加标回收率在99.5%~101%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在均小于2%.

       

      Abstract: HPLC was applied to the determination of peoniflorin in traditional Chinese medicine and health food with solid phase extraction. The sample was extracted with 30%(φ) ethanol solution,and purified by passing through acidic Al2O3 solid phase extraction column. C18 chromatographic column was used as stationary phase with mixtures of acetonitrile and 0.1%(φ) H3PO4 solution with different mixing ratios as mobile phase in gradient elution. UV-detection at 230 nm was adopted in the determination. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of peoniflorin was kept in the range of 2.00-200 mg·L-1,with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.5 mg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 99.5%-101%,and values of RSD′s (n=6) less than 2%.
