    超声提取-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中有效态镉

    Ultrasonic Extraction-GF-AAS Determination of Available Cadmium in Soil

    • 摘要: 提出了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中有效态镉含量的方法。样品用DTPA提取液于(25±2) ℃超声提取15 min,选择灰化温度和原子化温度分别为500 ℃和1 800 ℃。在优化的试验条件下,镉的质量浓度在0.05~3.0 μg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.5 pg。方法用于土壤标准物质(GBW 07459和GBW 07461)中镉含量的测定,测定值与标准方法(GB/T 23739-2009)测定值相符,相对标准偏差(n=5)分别为5.2%和2.6%。

       

      Abstract: A method for the determination of available cadmium in soil by GF-AAS was proposed in this paper. The samples were extracted ultrasonically at (25±2) ℃ for 15 min with DTPA extracting solution. The temperatures of ashing and atomization were set at 500 ℃ and 1 800 ℃ respectively. Under the optimal experimental conditions, linear relationship between values of absorbance and mass concentration of cadmium was kept in the range of 0.05-3.0 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.5 pg. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cadmium in two CRM′s (GBW 07459 and GBW 07461), giving results in consistency with those obtained by the GB method (GB/T 23739-2009) with values of RSD′s (n=5) of 5.2% and 2.6% respectively.
