    碰撞反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定锆基合金中痕量镉

    ICP-MS Determination of Trace Amount of Cadmium in Zirconium Alloy with CCT

    • 摘要: 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定锆基合金中痕量镉。以氧气作为碰撞反应气,消除锆基体中多原子离子ZrOH对镉测定的影响。镉元素的质量浓度在5.0 μg·L-1以内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为0.122 μg·L-1。在0.5 μg·L-1镉(Ⅱ)的水平上进行精密度试验,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)为2.8%。

       

      Abstract: A method of ICP-MS for the determination of trace amount of cadmium in zirconium alloy with CCT was proposed. Oxygen was used as reactant gas for collision to eliminate the interference of polyatomic ion ZrOH with determination of Cd. Linear relationship between values of peak area and mass concentration of cadmium was kept in the range within 5.0 μg·L-1, with detection limit (3σ) of 0.122 μg·L-1. Precision was tested with 0.5 μg·L-1 of Cd(Ⅱ), value of RSD (n=11) found was 2.8%.
