氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法研究迁移入环境水体中饲料有机胂添加剂的光致降解行为
Study on the Photodegradation of Organoarsenic Feed Additive Migrated into Environmental Waters by HG-AFS

摘要: 将含有机胂饲料添加剂洛克沙胂(ROX)的水样在模拟条件下进行光致降解,分取部分降解处理后的试液,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定其无机砷总量。根据试验结果可知:① 水样中的ROX在紫外光照条件下能降解为具有毒性的无机砷化合物;② ROX的降解率随光照时间增加而增加;③ 在pH 6的介质中光致降解率最高;④ 硝酸根对光致降解有催化作用;⑤ 含ROX溶液的体积越小,降解率越高。Abstract: Water sample containing the organoarsenic feed additive roxarsone (ROX) was photodegraded under simulated condition. An aliquot of the sample solution after photodegradation was taken and its total inorganic arsenic content was determined by HG-AFS. It was shown that: ① after UV radiation, ROX in the solution was degraded into poisonous inorganic arsenic compounds; ② rate of photodegradation was found to increase with increase of time of radiation; ③ optimum acidity of sample solution for degradation was found at pH 6; ④ co-existing NO3- ion was found to act as catalyst for degradation; ⑤ a smaller volume of ROX solution leads to higher rate of degradation.
