    中药材基地不同土层中无机污染物的分析

    Analysis of Inorganic Contaminants in Different Soil Iayers of Chinese Traditional Herbal Field

    • 摘要: 采用微波化学工作站消解土壤样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定土层中的铜、锌、铬;石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土层中的铅、镉;氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定土层中的砷、汞.测定结果表明:土壤中7种无机污染物的含量明显呈上层>中层>下层趋势.对样品前处理方式、无机污染物的测定方法、测定条件等因素进行了优化,消除了离子干扰因素,7种无机污染物的回收率在88.0%~108.0%之间,相对标准偏差<3.28%(n=8).

       

      Abstract: The soil sample was pretreated with microwave-assisted digestion and contaminants in the prepared solution were then determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.Copper,zinc and chromium were determined by FAAS;lend and cadmium by GFAAS and arsenic,mercury by Hg-AFS.Arsenic shown by analytical results,amount of inorganic contaminants in soil was appeared to have an obvious tendency of highest in the upper layer and least in the lower layer.Conditions for sample pretreatment and determination were optimized.Precision and accuracy of the method were tested and reported.Recovery was in range of 88.0%-108.0%,with RSD<3.28% (n=8).
