Abstract: The target factor-spectrophotometry was applied to the simultaneous determination of 3 active components,deoxyschisandrin,schisandrin and γ-schisandrin in schisandra chinensis extract.Basic principle and analytical procedure of the method were described.The VC++ programming language was used in the regression analysis of experimental data.It was found experimentally that the determination was performed without any preliminary separation,and values of recovery tests obtained for all the 3 components were in the range of 98.9%-106.7%.
