Abstract: A review on the present status of researches on electrochemical DNA biosensors,covering mainly the years from 1996-2006,was reported in this paper,related especially the preparation of the biosensors and the interaction of DNA modified electrodes with small molecules.A prospection for the future development in this field was also given (49 ref.cited).
