    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定偏钒酸钾中13种微量杂质元素

    ICP-AES Dtermination of 13 Impurity Elements in Potassium Metavanadate

    • 摘要: 提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定偏钒酸钾中硅、铝、钙、镁、磷、铜、镍、铬、铁、钛、锰、铅、砷等13种微量杂质元素含量的方法。优化了仪器各元素的分析谱线,通过选择合适的背景校正区域和仪器工作条件来消除基体影响。方法的检出限(3s)在0.000 1%~0.001 9%之间。方法用于分析国家标准样品五氧化二钒和80钒铁,测定结果与认定值相一致。方法的回收率在90.0%~107%之间;测定值的相对标准偏差(n=8)在0.30%~8.1%之间。

       

      Abstract: A method for the determination of 13 impurity elements, including Si, Al, Ca, Mg, P, Cu, Ni, Cr, Fe, Ti, Mn, Pb and As, in potassium metavanadate by ICP-AES was proposed in this paper. The matrix interferences were eliminated by optimizing background correction region and working conditions of instrument. Analytical spectral lines of the elements for the determination were selected and optimized. Values of detection limit (3s) found were in the range of 0.000 1%-0.001 9%. The proposed method was used in the analysis of 2 CRM′s (V2O5 and 80 ferrovanadium), and the results obtained were in consistency with the certified values. Values of recovery and RSD′s (n=8) found were in the ranges of 90.0%-107% and 0.30%-8.1% respectively.
