    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定锰铁中锰含量

    ICP-AES Determination of Manganese in Ferromanganese

    • 摘要: 提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定了锰铁中锰的含量。选择用氢氧化钠和过氧化钠熔融样品,然后用盐酸浸取;样品溶液稀释25倍后,在分析谱线293.306 nm处进行测定。采用漂移校正技术和标准物质校正技术消除干扰。方法用于高碳锰铁、中碳锰铁、低碳锰铁等标准物质的分析,测定结果与标准值相一致,相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.16%~0.31%之间。

       

      Abstract: A method of ICP-AES determination of Mn in ferromanganese was proposed. The sample was fused with a mixture of NaOH and Na2O2, and leached with HCl. The sample solution obtained was diluted 25 times and determined at the analytical spectral line at the wavelength of 293.306 nm. Interferences were eliminated by drift correction and by correction with standard material. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of CRM′s of ferromanganese with high and low carbon contents, giving results in consistency with their certified values. Values of RSD′s (n=7) found were kept in the range of 0.16%-0.31%.
