    火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地表水和废水中钴

    FAAS Determination of Cobalt in Surface Water and Waste Water

    • 摘要: 采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定地表水和废水中钴的含量.对不同种类样品的前处理方法进行了详细的叙述,并对仪器工作条件进行了优化.方法的检出限(3s/k)为0.01 mg·L-1.该法用于水样分析,加标回收率为86%~104%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.3%~16%.

       

      Abstract: FAAS was applied to the determinations of cobalt in surface water and waste water.Methods of pretreatment of different kinds of samples were described in detail,and the working conditions of the instrument were studied and optimized.Detection limit (3s/k) of the method found was 0.01 mg·L-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of surface water and waste water,values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 86%-104% and values of RSD′s (n=6) found were in the range of 1.3%-16%.
