    流动注射-分光光度法测定药物中盐酸吡硫醇含量

    FI-Spectrophotometric Determination of Pyritinol Hydrochloride

    • 摘要: 在pH 3.85乙酸盐缓冲溶液中,盐酸吡硫醇可将Fe(Ⅲ)还原为Fe(Ⅱ),邻菲啰啉能与生成的Fe(Ⅱ)显色,在波长508 nm处有最大吸收峰,据此提出了一种停留流动注射-分光光度法间接测定盐酸吡硫醇含量的方法。盐酸吡硫醇的质量浓度在8.00~500 mg·L-1范围内与其ΔA呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为1.54 mg·L-1。方法用于盐酸吡硫醇药物中盐酸吡硫醇的测定,方法的回收率在99.6%~100%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于2%。

       

      Abstract: In an acetate buffer medium of pH 3.85, Fe(Ⅲ) was reduced by pyritinol hydrochloride to give Fe(Ⅱ), and a colored complex was formed by its reaction with o-phenanthroline, having its absorption maximum at the wavelength of 508 nm. Based on these facts, the determination of pyritinol hydrochloride by stopped flow injection (FI)-spectrophotometry was proposed. Linear relationship between values of ΔA and mass concentration of pyritinol hydrochloride was kept in the range of 8.00-500 mg·L-1, and detection limit (3s/k) of the method found was 1.54 mg·L-1. The proposed method was used in the determination of pyritinol hydrochloride in its drugs, and values of recovery found were in the range of 99.6%-100% with RSD (n=6) less than 2%.
