火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苦黄注射液及其中药材中五种金属元素
FAAS DETERMINATION OF 5 METAL ELEMENTS IN KUHUANG INJECTION AND SOME TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINES USED AS RAW MATERIALS

摘要: 用硝酸和过氧化氢消化样品,通过基体改进剂,使用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定苦黄注射液及其中药材大黄、茵陈、柴胡、苦参中铜、铁、锌、钾和钠的含量.方法的回收率在92.6%-112.1%之间,相对标准偏差小于4%.Abstract: FAAS was applied to the determination of Cu,Fe,Zn,K and Na in Kuhuang injection and the raw Chinese medicines,Chinese rhubarb,capillary artemisia,root of chinse thorowax,kushen and etc,using HCl (2+98) and n-butyl alcohol (6+94) as matrix modifier for iron and zinc respectively,and HNO3 (2+98) as matrix modifier for copper,potassium and sodium.The results of analysis of 5 above-mentioned medicine samples gave RSD′s less than 4% and recoveries in the range of 92.6%-112.1%.
