    光电直读光谱法测定不锈钢薄板中7种元素含量

    Determination of 7 Elements in Stainless Steel Sheets by Direct-Reading Opto-electro-spectrometry

    • 摘要: 提出了采用光电直读光谱法测定厚度在0.2~1.2 mm之间的不锈钢薄板中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫、铬和镍等7种元素的含量。测定中选择氩气流量为600 L·h-1;不锈钢薄板样品用80#砂纸磨光表面。在优化的试验条件下,7种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)均小于10%。方法用于实样分析,测定结果与化学分析方法的测定结果相一致。

       

      Abstract: Contents of C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr and Ni in samples of stainless steel sheets with thickness between 0.2 to 1.2 mm, were determined by direct-reading opto-electro-spectrometry. Flow-rate of argon used in the determination was taken at 600 L·h-1 and the steel samples were polished with 80# coated abrasive. Under the optimized experimental conditions, values of RSD′s (n=10) of data of the 7 elements were found less than 10%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of substantial samples, and the results obtained were in conformity with those by chemical method.
