Determination of Arsenic in Fluorspar Powder by Hydride Generation Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要: 提出了以氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法测定萤石粉中砷的方法,研究了酸介质、还原剂、载气流量等因素对测定的影响,并选择出最佳工作条件.砷的检出限为0.052 μg·g-1,线性范围为0.10~6.00 μg·L-1,回收率在90.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差为9.8%.Abstract: A new method was introduced for determination of arsenic in fluorspar powder by atomic absorption spectrometry with hydride generation.The effect of different acid mediums and reductants and flow-rate of carrier gas on the determination of arsenic was studied.The operating conditions were optimized.The limit of detection of the proposed method was found as 0.052 μg·g-1 .The linear relationship between the absorbence and concentration of arsenic was in the range of 0.10-6.00 μg·L-1.Recovery in range of 90.0%-102.0% and its RSD of 9.8% were obtained.
