Simultaneous GC Determination of Benzene Homologues and Halogenohydrocarbons in Solvent Adhesives

摘要: 应用气相色谱法同时测定溶剂型胶粘剂中苯系物及卤代烃的含量。用PEG-20M色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。12种苯系物及卤代烃在一定的质量浓度范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.01~0.27 g·kg-1之间。加标回收率在81.0%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.3%~ 4.7%之间。

Abstract: GC was applied to the simultaneous determination of benzene homologues and halogeno- hydrocarbons in solvent adhesives. The analytes were separated on PEG-20M column (30 m×0.32 mm, 0.25 μm) and detected by FID. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 12 benzene homologues and halogeno-hydrocarbon were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) found were ranged from 0.01 to 0.27 g·kg-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 81.0%-106%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) were found in the range of 1.3%-4.7%.
