红外光谱法分析二元聚合物
INFRARED SPECTROMETRIC ANALYSIS OF BINARY POLYMER

摘要: 在偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发下,苯乙烯和丙烯腈的自由基发生聚合而产生苯乙烯-丙烯腈二元聚合物,制取了一系列丙烯腈不同含量的聚合物.选取705 cm-1和2 240 cm-1两个红外吸收峰分别测定苯乙烯和丙烯腈.苯乙烯吸光度与丙烯腈吸光度之比值和聚合物中丙烯腈摩尔分数的倒数呈线性关系,由这些数据回归建立工作曲线.Abstract: Binary polymer styrene-acrylonitrile was prepared by polymerization of styrene and acrylonitrile free radicals induced by azobisisobutyronnitrile (AIBN).A series of binary polymers with different fractions of acrylonitrile was prepared.Two infrared absorption peaks at wave numbers of 705 cm-1 and 2 240 cm-1 were selected for the determination of styrene and acrylonitrile in binary polymers,respectively.Linearity relationship between the ratio of styrene absorbance to the acrylonitrile absorbance with the reciprocal molar fraction of acrylonitrile in the binary polymer was presented.Working curve was established on the basis of regression analysis of the above mentioned data.
