    铋离子修饰碳糊电极的研制与应用

    PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF A Bi(Ⅲ) ION-MODIFIED CARBON PASTE ELECTRODE

    • 摘要: 报道了一种以碘化铋与诺氟沙星形成的缔合物为电活性物质的修饰碳糊电极.电极对离子的线性响应范围为4.0×10-6-1.0×10-2mol·L-1,级差电位为20 mV/pc,检出限为2.5×10-6mol·L-1.测定了枸橼酸铋钾胶囊中铋的含量,测定结果与药典法的结果相符.

       

      Abstract: An ion-selective electrode for bismuth(Ⅲ) prepared from carbon paste electrode with the ion-association complex of BiI3-6 with norfloxacin as electroactive substance was reported.Nernst response of this electrode for Bi(Ⅲ) was found in the range from 1.0×10-2 to 4.0×10-6mol·L-1 with a slope of 20 mV/pc.The detection limit reported was 2.5×10-6mol·L-1.The time of response was less than 90 s.This Bi(Ⅲ)-ISE has been used in the determination of bismuth in bismuth potassium citrate capsules using the standard curve method.The results obtained by this method checked very well with those obtained by pharmacopeia method.
