UHPLC Determination of Bisphenol A in Children′s Toys with Molecularly Imprinted Matrix Solid Phase Dispersion

摘要: 以双酚A为模板分子,4-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体合成了双酚A分子印迹聚合物(BPA-MIP),作为基质固相分散吸附剂,用于提取儿童玩具中双酚A。样品溶液均匀地分散在BPA-MIP中,风干后用二氯甲烷淋洗,然后用甲醇(35+65)溶液作洗脱剂将双酚A洗下,收集洗出液供高效液相色谱测定。结果表明:聚合物对印迹分子具有很好的亲和性和特异选择性。方法的线性范围为1.5~100.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为0.12 mg·L-1。在5个浓度水平下做加标回收试验,回收率在94.9%~99.1%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~3.4%之间。Abstract: The molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of bisphenol A (BPA) was synthesized with BPA as template molecule and 4-vinylpyridine as functional monomer, and it was used to extract BPA as adsorbent of matrix solid phase dispersion from children′s toys. The sample solution was dispersed in BPA-MIP, and rinsed with CH2Cl2 after drying. Then BPA on the imprinted polymer was eluted with CH3OH-H2O (35+65) mixture, which was collected and used for UHPLC determination. It was found that the imprinted polymer had good affinity and excellant selectivity for BPA. Linearity range for the determination was found between 1.5 to 100.0 mg·L-1, and the detection limit (3S/N) found was 0.12 mg·L-1. Test for recovery was made at 5 concentration levels, values of recovery found were in the range of 94.9%-99.1% with RSD (n=6) in the range of 1.2%-3.4%.
