    气相色谱法在线分析生物乙醇催化脱水制备乙烯的反应产物

    On-line GC Determination of Reaction Products in Preparation of Ethylene by Catalytic Dehydration of Biological Ethanol

    • 摘要: 设计并组装了在线气相色谱法测定生物乙醇脱水制备乙烯过程中的反应产物的流程和装置,被测物质包括乙烯、水、乙醛、乙醇、乙醚及丙酮。取样前应保证气态样品在保持温度为110 ℃以上的气体流路中畅通至少60 min,进样量为1.0 mL,色谱柱为填充GDX-104固定相的不锈钢柱(2 m, 4 mm),柱温为104 ℃。样品按规定条件通过色谱柱,上述6组分达到完全分离,基线平稳。采用热导检测器检测,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分含量。以上所述6组分的相对标准偏差(n=5)依次为0.84%,0.83%,5.1%,0.97%,12%,2.0%。与HPLC法的测定结果相比较,乙醛及乙醚的相对偏差较大,分别为-20.4%和-14.2%。对上述误差产生的原因作了探讨。

       

      Abstract: Designing of the flow chart and fabrication of the on-line GC system used for determination of reaction products including ethylene, H2O, acetaldehyde, ethanol, ethylether and acetone in preparation of ethylene by catalytic dehydration of biological ethanol was described. It was required to keep the gas mixture sampled from the reaction tower running freely through the flow circuit of the GC analytical system for at least 60 min before performing the analysis. One mL of the gaseous sample was introduced. A stainless steel column (2 m,  4 mm) packed with GDX-104 was used as the stationary phase, and the column was kept at the temperature of 104 ℃. The 6 compounds mentioned above were separated completely under the prescribed condition through the column, giving a smooth baseline. Their contents were found by normalization of peak area. Values of RSD′s (n=5) found for the 6 compounds were 0.84%, 0.83%, 5.1%, 0.97%, 12% and 2.0%. Relative deviations between results acetaldehyde and ethylether found by the present method and by HPLC attained to relatively high values of -20.4% and -14.2% respectively. Reasons for sources of such errors were discussed.
