Abstract: A review on the progress of application of capillary electrophoresis in fields of diagnosis of infectious diseases, hereditary diseases, tumors, and etc. was given in this paper. Emphasis was paid to the genic analysis based on capillary electrophoresis, and a brief introduction on the deficiency as well as the future prospects of capillary electrophoresis was also given (51 ref. cited).
