    石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定全血中铅

    GF-AAS Determination of Lead in Whole Blood

    • 摘要: 用作为基体改进剂的含有氯化钯、Triton X-100及硝酸的混合溶液将全血样品稀释10倍,分取部分经稀释后的试液直接进样,按选定的仪器工作条件进行石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,此方法的检出限(S/N=3)为5.4 μg·L-1.应用此方法分析了一级国家标准物质(编号为GBW 09139e及GBW 09140e),测得结果与证书值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.2%~3.2%之间.

       

      Abstract: The blood sample was diluted 10 times with a mixed solution containing PdCl2,Triton X-100 and HNO3,which was used also as matrix modifier.An aliquot of the diluted sample solution was introduced into the instrument,and its lead content was determined by GF-AAS directly under prescribed working conditions of the instrument.Detection limit (S/N=3) of the method was found to be 5.4 μg·L-1.The proposed method was applied to the determination of lead in 2 CRM′s (GBW 09139e and GWB 09140e),giving results in consistency with the certified values,and values of RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 1.2%-3.2%.
