    高压密闭消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定煤中17种金属元素

    ICP-MS Determination of 17 Metal Elements in Coal with High-Pressure Closed Digestion

    • 摘要: 煤样品在硝酸-氢氟酸(2+1)混合液中经高压密闭消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定样品溶液中17种金属元素(钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、硒、钼、锑、钡、铅、钪、镧、铈、铌、钍)的含量。采用内标法消除基体的影响。方法的检出限(3S/N)在12~63 μg·kg-1之间。使用CLB-1煤标准物质进行验证,测定值与认定值基本吻合,相对标准偏差(n=6)低于5%,加标回收率在92.0%~110%之间。

       

      Abstract: The coal samples were treated with a mixture of HNO3-HF (2+1) by high-pressure closed digestion, and the amounts of 17 metal elements (i.e. V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Mo, Sb, Ba, Pb, Sc, La, Ce, Nd and Th) were determined by ICP-MS. The matrix interference was eliminated by internal standard method. The detection limits (3S/N) were in the range of 12-63 μg·kg-1. The proposed method was validated using coal standard reference material CLB-1.The results were consistent with the certified values, RSD (n=6) were less than 5% with recovery in the range of 92.0%-110%.
