荧光光度法测定水体中痕量邻苯二酚
Fluorophotometric Determination of Trace Amount of Catechol in Water

摘要: 在pH 3.2的酸性介质中,邻苯二酚与染料天青Ⅰ相互作用导致荧光强度明显增强,以发射波长343.0 nm测定时,邻苯二酚的浓度在0.075~30 μmol·L-1范围内与其荧光的增强程度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s/k)为7.51 nmol·L-1。方法用于实际水样分析,加标回收率在97.0%~104%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在2.8%~3.9%之间。Abstract: In an acidic medium of pH 3.2, sensitization effect of dye azure I on the fluorescence of catechol was observed obviously. The magnitude of increase in fluorescence intensity was found to keep linear relationship with the concentration of catechol in the range of 0.075-30 μmol·L-1; when measured at the wavelength of 343.0 nm (λem). Detection limit (3s/k) of the method was found to be 7.51 nmol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of water sample, giving values of recovery obtained by standard addition method in the range of 97.0%-104% with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 2.8%-3.9%.
