    顶空-气相色谱法测定食品包装用复合塑料膜中有机溶剂残留量

    Head-Space-GC Determination of Residual Amounts of Organic Solvents in Composite Plastic Membrane for Food Packaging

    • 摘要: 提出了顶空-气相色谱法测定食品包装用塑料复合膜中17种有机溶剂的残留量。分别选择顶空平衡温度和时间分别为80 ℃和30 min,选用DB-FFAP毛细管色谱柱(60 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器测定。17种有机溶剂在18 min内能完全分离。17种有机溶剂的浓度在一定范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10S/N)在0.002~0.004 mg·m-2之间。方法的加标回收率在99.1%~110%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在4.5%~10%之间。

       

      Abstract: Seventeen residual organic solvents in composite plastic membrane for food packaging were determined by head-space-GC. The temperature and time chosen for equilibration of the sample were 80 ℃ and 30 min respectively. Capillary chromatographic column of DB-FFAP (60 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) was used for separation, and hydrogen FID was adopted in the determination. Under the optimum conditions, the 17 organic solvents were separated within 18 min. Linear relationships between values of peak area and concentration of the 17 organic solvents were kept in definite ranges, with their lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 0.002-0.004 mg·m-2. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were ranged from 99.1% to 110%, with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 4.5%-10%.
